We participate with most local and many national insurance plans. However it is your responsibility to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see, or the services you can receive.

Will My Insurance Cover the Cost of Surgery?

If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts. Please contact our billing office or call your insurance carrier should you have questions.

We Accept All Insurance

If you're considering vein treatments, you might be wondering whether your health insurance will cover the cost. The great news is that we accept all insurance plans.

Coverage depends on your specific insurance provider and policy. Generally, insurers are more likely to approve vein treatments if an ultrasound shows abnormal blood flow and related medical issues like pain, swelling, or skin changes. Some plans may ask that you first try conservative methods—such as wearing compression stockings (20-30 mm Hg) for a minimum of three months—before moving forward with treatment approval.

We work directly with all insurance providers to make sure you get the most out of your coverage. You won’t have to deal with any complicated paperwork or claims on your own. Our team will submit everything directly to your insurer, who will decide if the treatment is medically necessary and covered by your plan.

If you come to our office and:

Don’t have insurance
Prefer not to use it
Or have a higher deductible

then we can offer the option to proceed as a self-pay patient. We also provide in-house financing with no interest for those experiencing financial hardship. To ensure a smooth process, we keep a form of payment on file and complete a financial responsibility document with you. This allows you to receive the care you need without delay, while making your treatment plan both accessible and manageable.
